Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant / Consultant to join the Human Capital group within the Consulting department at the Moscow office.

Our Human Capital Advisory practice focuses on HR Strategy & Transformation, Competencies Evaluation, C&B, payroll audit, HR processes automation, Grading, Shared Service and Outsourcing Advisory, as well as HR administration services and Corporate Culture projects.
As an overview, you may be part of a focused team assisting a client in determining how their HCAS function can more effectively support their enterprise strategy, or you may have the chance to contribute to a team working to help a client transform their HR function.
The role will involve:
Participating as an analyst on different HR projects for Russian and international clients (HR Shared Service Centers, payroll audit, HR processes automation, C&B, Grading, etc.)
Analyzing and developing business processes
Cooperating closely with clients and involved teams
Taking part in marketing activities: preparing presentations and proposals
- Higher education (mathematics/economics/accounting is preferred)
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze a large volume of data
- Advanced level of MS Excel, VBA knowledge is an advantage
- Good level of MS PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Visio, ARIS, MS Project
- Self-motivated and an effective team player
- Relevant job experience: minimum of two year as an HR/C&B/accounting analyst
- Knowledge of the Russian Labor Code is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English
