We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant ServiceNow to join the young and friendly team.

Office location: Kosice (Slovakia)

Key responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow integration projects
  2. Responsible for creating a new team of ServiceNow specialists according to defined strategy
  3. Responsible for utilization of the team
  4. Provide expertise on all technical questions related to ServiceNow platform
  5. Leading and mentoring the team in ServiceNow technologies
  6. Develops ServiceNow technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests
  7. Understand the business needs and use standardized processes to build them into the design
  8. Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of projects
  9. Interface with clients and coordinate business and technical execution

Requirements:

  1. Education: Information technologies/ Master
  2. Experience: Working in IT process management – from 3-5 y.
  3. Leading teams (with 12+ employees)
  4. Certification: ITIL foundation
  5. Advantage: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
  6. ServiceNow System Administrator
  7. IT Technical Skills: Expert/ from 2 y.
  8. ITSM: Expert/ from 2 y.
  9. Deeper ITIL knowledge: preferred one ITIL Intermediate certification (ST, SO and/or CSI)
  10. Project management basic: Expert
  11. Managerial experience: Advantage
  12. Regular communication on senior management level: Expert
  13. Strong analytical and problem- solving skills: Advanced
  14. Strong interpersonal, team skills : Advanced
  15. Strong business and leading skills: Advanced
  16. Business and Sales: Advanced
  17. Agile, SCRUM: Advanced
  18. Languages: English (Advanced)

Other criteria or requirements:

  1. Demonstrated range of experience designing and developing of ServiceNow platform
  2. Demonstrated experience of implementing ServiceNow modules (Service Portfolio Management, Configuration, Incident, Problem, Change management)
  3. Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow
  4. Experience with other ITSM software
  5. Mentor team in implementation methodology, configuration and best practices of ServiceNow
  6. Translate business requirements into designs that can be related back to business stakeholders
  7. Leading requirements workshops to identify use cases and acceptance criteria with client
  8. Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders
  9. Lead all technical aspects of ServiceNow solution delivery and consulting, including Application Configuration, Workflow, UI, Scripting and Integrations with other systems
  10. Experience in ServiceNow-related Web development languages and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, REST API creation and calling)
  11. Experience with building and integration of CMDB
  12. Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, Event management
  13. Knowledge of ITIL v3 Foundations
  14. Experience with Agile methods (particularly Scrum)
